Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of BrollBot, provided by MEGAFLOW LLC. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

Last updated: 23 October 2026

1. The service

BrollBot is a browser-based editor. You pick a talking-head video on your device; the video is processed in your browser, a speech-to-text service transcribes short audio chunks, and BrollBot suggests B-roll from Pexels, a licensed stock library, plus captions and your brand settings. You review and change everything, then export the finished video on your device. Videos are limited to 15 minutes and 700 MB each. The output is AI-assisted, may contain errors and is a draft: you are responsible for reviewing it before you publish it.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and able to form a binding contract. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
  • You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@brollbot.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
  • One person per account unless your plan says otherwise.

3. Plans, credits and payment

  • 1 credit = 1 minute of finished video. Each plan is a one-time payment that gives you access for a fixed period and a set number of minutes of finished video, as shown on the pricing page (for example, “$39 one-time · 3 months access”).
  • No automatic renewal. We never charge you again unless you choose to buy another plan.
  • Unused minutes do not roll over and expire when your access period ends. If you use all your minutes before then, you can buy another plan or contact us for a custom one. We do not charge overage fees.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in USD. Taxes such as VAT or sales tax are added where required.
  • We may change prices for future purchases. A change never affects a plan you have already paid for.

4. Your content

  • Ownership. You keep ownership of the videos you edit, of anything you add to the service and of your exports, subject to the third-party stock footage licence in section 5.
  • Licence to us. You give us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to process, transcribe and store your project data only to provide and secure the service for you. We do not use your content to train models.
  • Your promises. You confirm you own or have the rights to everything you use with the service, including the right to use the voices and images of anyone in it, and that it does not break the law or anyone's rights.
  • Retention. Your video is never uploaded to us. Project data (transcripts and edit decisions) is deleted after 30 days, or sooner if you delete it. Keep your own copies of your source videos and exports. See the Privacy Policy.

5. Stock footage

B-roll is provided through the Pexels API under the Pexels License. You may use the footage inside the videos you create with the service, including commercially. You may not sell or redistribute the clips on their own, use them as a stock library, imply endorsement by any person or brand shown, or use them in a defamatory, offensive or unlawful way. Creator credit is shown in the editor and is appreciated but not required by the licence. Pexels may change its terms or availability.

6. AI-generated output

Suggestions are produced automatically and may be inaccurate, inappropriate or similar to output given to other users. We do not guarantee that output is original, error-free, fit for a purpose or free of third-party rights. Check every clip, caption and transcript before you publish, and disclose the use of AI where the law or a platform requires it.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the service for anything unlawful, or upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative or that violates someone's privacy;
  • upload or generate adult, pornographic or sexually explicit content of any kind (including AI-generated), or any content involving minors in a sexual or harmful way;
  • upload content depicting or targeting children in a harmful way;
  • access accounts or data that are not yours, or probe, scan or test the service without permission;
  • disrupt, overload or interfere with the service or its security;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or extract source code, except where law allows;
  • circumvent usage limits, share accounts to avoid paying, or resell the service without our written consent;
  • use the service for fraud, scams, phishing or any deceptive practice, or to create spam or malware;
  • create deepfakes or synthetic media that imitate a real person without their consent, or material designed to mislead people;
  • use output or the service to build a competing product or to train a competing AI model.

8. Intellectual property and feedback

We own the service, including its software, design, branding and documentation. These terms give you no rights in our trademarks or logos. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without obligation or payment.

9. Copyright and takedown requests

If you believe content on the service infringes your rights, email support@brollbot.com with the details needed to locate it, your contact information and a statement that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them. We may remove content and close accounts of repeat infringers.

10. Payments and refunds

Each BrollBot plan is a one-time payment for a fixed access period. Nothing renews automatically. You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have used less than 20% of your minutes, or if you were charged in error or the service did not work as described. Consumers in the EU, EEA and UK also have a 14-day right of withdrawal, explained in section 5 of the Refund Policy. This refund policy is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.

Details are in our Refund Policy.

11. Third-party services

The service relies on third parties such as hosting, speech-to-text, stock libraries and Stripe. We are not responsible for their services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

12. Availability and changes

We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may update, suspend or discontinue features, and features marked as roadmap are not promised. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that adversely affect paid plans.

13. Suspension and termination

  • You may close your account at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate access, with notice where reasonable, if you breach these terms, fail to pay, create risk or legal exposure for us or others, or where the law requires.
  • On termination your right to use the service ends and your content is deleted according to our retention period. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, liability and governing law) continue.

14. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and accuracy of AI output. Nothing in these terms affects your mandatory consumer rights.

15. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

16. Indemnity

Where the law allows, you will cover us against claims, losses and costs arising from your content or your breach of these terms. This does not apply to consumers where the law forbids it.

17. General

  • Force majeure: neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
  • Assignment: you may not transfer your rights without our consent. We may transfer ours as part of a business transfer.
  • Severability: if a part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
  • No waiver: not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.
  • Entire agreement: these terms, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Refund Policy are the whole agreement between us about the service.
  • Notices: we may notify you by email, in the product or by posting on this site.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version and change the “Last updated” date. For material changes we will give notice before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the changes; if you do not, you can cancel.

19. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence and any right to bring proceedings in their local courts. Please contact us first at support@brollbot.com so we can try to resolve a dispute informally.
